Day 61: When Life Throws You Lemons...

I'm sure most of you thought I abandoned my blog, but I was taking an extended vacation. Okay, so I've just been lazy. I really would've delayed this even longer, if Arabomb-Shell hadn't gently scolded me for not updating my blog. I felt like I had disappointed her and possibly many others? Anyhow, I'm back, and I hope the pictures I'm about to bombard you with (since I've been selfishly collecting them in my external hard drive for the past month) will strike up some emotion within you.

The above photo is of my dear cousin, Angie, and myself. If it weren't for her generous offer to let us stay with her, in Montreal, I don't think our trip would've continued; we would've dragged our tired, smokey (no thanks to our smoke-composed hotel room) selves back to Vancouver. You can imagine how utterly disappointing that would've been, for two girls filled with immense wanderlust. Thank you, Angie =)

I remember disliking maple syrup lollipops, when I was a kid. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this warm and cool sticky treat. My hair was also quite fond of it. Sadly, though, the strands that got a taste are no longer with me.
